The reverse of the coin features a vibrant design of two rabbits—one alert with ears erect, and another stretching toward a budding branch. The design also includes the Chinese character for "rabbit," the inscription "RABBIT 2023," and the Perth Mint's "P" mintmark. The obverse shows the Jody Clark effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, along with the coin's weight, fineness, and monetary denomination.

Each coin is presented in a classic display case with a clear lid, decorated with a silver geometric design, and is packaged in a beautifully illustrated shipper.
