Q. How do I contact you?

Q. What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
A. We offer an insurance option to protect against lost or damaged products. Auspost includes $100 insurance by default. For orders over $500, we try to add insurance for half the order value. Beyond this, any loss or damage will be at the buyer's risk. Please opt for the flat insurance option for additional protection.

Q. How much does postage cost within Australia?
A. All orders will be shipped via Auspost, and we will charge whatever Auspost charge for Satchel or Box. Standard Postage will be 10.95$ for orders up to $500 with Standard postage is free for orders over $500. Express postage is approximately $12.95 for domestic shipping. For International Order, the Flat Shipping cost of 30$.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. We will ship within two days if it is not Preorder, or Perorders will be shipping as mentioned in product description or we will ship as soon as we recieve the products in Hand. Once the order has been shipped, As per the Auspost website, It would take 2 to 8 business days with standard shipping and 1 to 4 business days with express shipping for domestic deliveries, it may take 15 to 27 business days for international deliveries.
